I like a number of things about this shot. Β It would be nice if you could re-take it without the person/cars. Β 

The angle is perfect.

The color contrast really pulls your eye in. Β 

The tree has incredible character and is focused well.

A little too bright light in the top left of the shot, but that could be managed with a little software work.

I only wish I'd taken this photo. Β Β

Yeah you are correct, thank you for the time you put into this comment. I was on a far awway Island at the time and am back in the city so sadly I cannot retake it. I wish I could have used my ND filter on my fisheye but alas it is too much of a wide angle
