"Angular." Probably the most badass moment in the history of DC comics, a Mexican (Apokoliptian?) standoff between these two, resulting in "death" for them both. Come to think of it, for being mainly a Superman villain, Batman sure gets up in Darkseid's grill a lot. I do like the dynamic though, Man VS God. It's pretty obvious to me now where I get my inspiration from when writing my own stuff.
