As you can see Kugo looks like he's thinking or something along those lines. This would be after the big fight he just got into. It was the time when he transformed and had no control over it making Shurii shot at him a couple times one of the bullets grazed his eye and so the scar looks fresh. All in all he had a month of recovery since then and is now standing next to a wall by a bridge. He's reminiscing about the paste I guess.Okay some people may see that his hair is black in this picture. That's his natural color. It turns a dark blue when his Neko Kami energy starts seeping out. Also as he gets older his hair starts to turn dark blue because he's trained so much the Neko Kami within him is constantly giving out energy making his hair permanently dark blue. Shurii hated it when his pretty black hair started turning.
