Despite what some of his mannerisms and fighting style might have one think, I as the creator of Adventures in Valescus would say he isn't evil. Do you ever have that kind of friend who giggles and laughs like a supervillain, but tries their best to be a sweet person? Yeah, that's Stegi. His black and gold outfit isn't really doing him favors in giving an image of being a hero, heck, sometimes passers-by think he's an evil Wizard cursed to be a Lizardman. While our Wizardy boye considered going with this backstory as a cover for his real identity, he stays adamant in the story that he's supposedly a Lizardman who hit his head, conveniently forgot a lot about Lizardman culture, and found a wizard's spellbook and robes, teaching himself to be a wizard. While the majority of this backstory is made up, there is a glimmer of truth behind it. What that truth is, thou art yet to know...
