I dont know the english name on theese birds, but in Norway they are known as Skarv. The photo was captured last winter just before a storm hit the area. Shot at lille Sandnes, Lofoten islands in nothern norway.Related content

They look like cormorants.
I love your shots of the area. I have never been there but it makes me want to go. It's one of those places you have never been to but you feel like you already know (and like).
