excellent manipulation. although the upper row of teeth sould be facing up, and not down, due to the positioning on the arm, and on the left arm, the middle row is to close to the upper row. But i did like the work

Remarkable for so few layers, you don't use 10+ for finetuning little details all the time? 
Having an eye in the chest like that with the hair, could imagine it being CHEST hair..oh god so gross, but so good!! Just the eye alone, the colour, the texture of it, is so delicious.
Hmm actually, the teeth/thorns/whateveritis could use better blending, main problem is that they're too dark to blend good (possible to fix though), and on lower right there is some bad blending (they continue beyond the arm).
The cropping too, which I assume you did of the face like that, original.

The hair? its from the eye... kinda groos, I know...
the "thorns": I'm still working on that, I already have a second version with some extra work on that area...
The cropping is just like that... I guess that's what happens when you take self-portraits... you never know how they'll look...
