I made the cake myself too... it was an icecream cake, but made with shurbit and made to look like a watermellon...

so like

lime shurbit on the outside for the rinde and rasberry shurbit with choco-chips on the inside for the watermellon stuff XDDD

it really didn't taste anything like watermellon though XDDD
