I really like the minor changes I made to my Spike EqG design when I drew this drawing so I decided to draw a Spike fan art not only to emphasis his improved design but also because I love Spike and I really like the idea of him being human like everyone else instead of a dog. I could stand to draw more non-ship related art too. Can't forget that Spike loves ice cream in Friendship is Magic so why not make that apparent in my Equestria Girls design of him? lol

Also, he's about the same age as the CMC but as a little factoid he is actually a little bit younger than them. Just by half a year or so.
