An idea I thought of shortly after seeing Weirdmageddon 2: Escape from Reality... back in December. So yeah, this idea has been sitting in my art ideas txt file for awhile but I finally drew it.

I can totally relate to Mabel wanting to escape growing up by being in a fantasty world made by her imagination. I'm in college and I still am afraid of growing up, I'm very close to graduating and I'm totally freaking out about the responsibities that come with living on my own and whatnot but at the same time, I'm excited to do it.

What I thought was really cute about the episode is we got to see Mabel and Dipper's younger years and how they were always there for each other in the dire times. And I wanted to draw something related to the concept of Dipper telling Mabel that she doesn't have to be afraid of growing up because he'll be by her side through it all, well, obviously not the puberty things.

I always loved Mabel and Dipper's close relationship, makes me wish I had a twin brother. Twins who are opposing genders are really cool to me so I really love Mabel and Dipper a lot because of this reason as well.
