Description

"This is the day! Today I will make it! I can feel it" Holly Blue said as she arranged everything for the opening of her store.
"You said the same thing the last... 12 times" Naemi told her as she looked at a notebook with a the to-do list with the old marks from the other times.
"Yes but I swear this time will be different! Let's go outside, I think we just have to fix the bows on the posts and we'll be ready to open" Holly said as she finished lighting one of her favorite scented candles and walked out the front door .
"Umm" Naemi muttered taking one last look around the store before leaving behind her best friend.
Outside the day was perfect without a cloud in the sky and a light breeze was ruffling the bows on the poles, a small crowd was gathering around the little shop waiting to get in looking at the displays with the newest jewelry and accessories that Blue finished yesterday.
"I can see that today is perfect day!" Holly exclaimed as she straightened the ribbons and prepared to speak to her future new clients.
"Don't forget the scissors" Naemi told her as she took a golden scissors in her mouth.
"Thank you Nana, I don't know what I would do without you" The pastel pink unicorn declared while with her magic she took the scissors and gave her best friend a big hug "Today will be the day Nana, nothing can go wrong" she whispered in her ear while he let her go and turned to stand in front of the crowd.

"And after Bluey said that, the candles burned the curtains, causing the fire alarms to go off which scared her dogs who started running all over the store to the door knocking everything in their path which scared the customers who ran away as soon as they saw the crazy dogs approaching them, which made the firefighters who had just arrived get tangled up in the hose, which caused us to end up soaked from head to hooves in cold water" Naemi finished telling her friends after calling them for another "Consolation Party for Bluey"
"Wow, that was worse than the last time" Valentine said between sips of her soda and remembering when a tree fell on the store leaving it almost destroyed
"Yes but not worse than the bee attack the time before that" mentioned Johhny as he shook his ears as he remembered the furious buzzing of more than a hundred angry bees
"Or the time we were locked in the warehouse and they couldn't rescue us until the next day" Astral opined.
"Yes, but nothing beats the time of the flood" Prism clarified leaning against Astral while eating the leftovers from the catering and remembering when one of the biggest storms in all of Canterlot had to coincide with the opening of the store.
"At this point I'm starting to think I'm cursed" Holly murmured against the cushions of her sofa.
"If that's your point, wear one of your necklaces, I'm sure it'll take it off or at least make it less worse" Prism joked as he ate another canape
The rest laughed as a small smile appeared on Holly's face while thinking that maybe a new pair of earrings wasn't a bad idea
