Description
I had an idea of Ashley-Chan1 's cute Luna Rossa introducing Kii to strawberry bon bons. It's not a candy I see often so I'm just gonna assume Kii hasn't seen them either. I'm sure Luna would feel quite proud to introduce Kii to them.Luna is quite a complex paca to draw ; w ; she's very lovely though! Should I draw her interacting with Kii again I'll have to try to improve how I work with her partial transparency trait.
As for Kii I'm still trying to figure out how to properly draw whipped cream looking slime...

one trick that i used is making 2 layers [ one background layer with the other side of her body and her aura - and the other side with the top layer / frontal side of the body ] then from there you use an eraser with about 65-70 % smoothness [ so soft rounded eraser] and you erase the oval of the middle of her body on the frontal layer to case that sort of faded effect that would show the aura and other body half underneath ^^
i would show an example, but thats a little difficult to do ^^'

I wound up using about three layers since I wasn't using a background so I had one for the parts of her that weren't transparent, a layer where I used a blue tool to create the effect as best I could, and a partially transparent layer underneath so the green of the DA page wouldn't look too glaring. Thank you for the tip! I appreciate it ; 7 ;

no worries - and in normal circumstances the green should be showing a bit if it's no background because of the opacity / semi transperancy, but i understand what you mean - hopefully the tip will help make it easier for you - since i dont want it to feel complicated ^^'

Yeah it juuuuuuuust barely shows through. But I'll remember to ensure she's always showing a bit of a BG through her.
It's ok! It's just a bit of a learning curve for me. Initially I wanted Kii to be a partially transparent boba themed paca but I could not for the life of me get it to work OTL.
And hhhhh so glad, learning the transparency trick aside Luna is a pleasure to draw!

since ive gotten luna ive had 2 other ideas: zombie[kinda] and bubble tea [specifically a bubble tea i like to drink whenever its the daily special and im able to go to the location and get some]
when i can im gonna be sketching out something myself with luna and kii so keep an eye out for that XD
