EDIT 1: I swapped Clair with Sayaka, since I feel that Sayaka deserves to be in it more and she's one of my favorites from PMMM.

EDIT 2: I have made the following changes to this meme (order doesn't matter): moved Touka Kurenai from the last square in the first row to the first square in the fourth row (Cirno's original spot) and placed Black Star in Touka's original spot; removed Goddess Skuld and Valkyrie Brunhilde and added Ken Ichijouji; moved Zephyrmon and JetSilphymon from the second and third squares in the third row to the second and third squares in the second row; moved Sailor Mercury and Liza from the third and fourth squares in the second row to Zephyrmon and JetSilphymon's original spots; moved Cirno from the first square in the fourth row to the fourth square in the second row

EDIT 3: I replaced Yukina with Sayaka for the number one spot, since I totally like her as one of my favorite PMMM characters and she is my favorite light-blue haired character. Then, I moved Karen over to the number ten spot, which was Sayaka's original, and I placed Zephyrmon in Karen's number four spot. Finally, I added Meru to Zephyrmon's number seven spot.

EDIT 4: I have replaced Kurumu, Sailor Mercury, Aqua Spirit, Shadow Tamer, and Eria the Water Charmer with Konan, Ryuko, Houka, Sailor Aluminum Siren, and Sakon due to getting back into the Naruto mood and updated tastes. I also moved Karen from #10 to #12, Liza from #13 to #15, JetSilphymon from #8 to #14, and Maiden of the Aqua from #14 to #20.

EDIT 5: I have replaced Miku, Liza and Touka with Edolas Wendy, Levy and Juvia due to my recent love for Fairy Tail.
