Nah, he's a very advanced version of the model. I explain more in the the bio of him, you can find it in my gallery. The cydrones he commands, though, do suck, and I'm planning on including that in my story. BTW, how did you come across this?

i always check new bionicle on dev art
and he needs 2 suk
or els it's no cydrone

I'll see what I can do. I don't want him to suck as bad as the normal Cydrones, though, because he's my secondary self-MOC.
