Description

"Fukusuke" is a masterpiece of product design in Japan, in my opinion. This person actually existed during the Edo period and became popular for being extremely small and leading a happy life.

Fukusuke is a Japanese tabi, socks, and underwear manufacturer. Speaking of underwear, I have been using "Sarumata" from the age of 18 to 40. Haha, of course, it's the one with those blue vertical stripes, influenced by "Otoko Oiodon" by Reiji Matsumoto. Now they call it "trunks". By the way, from the age of 40, I have been wearing a "fundoshi" (loincloth) all the time. Haha, that's because I started wearing kimono occasionally, and I thought it wouldn't be appropriate if Salmata was visible when the kimono's hem opened. So, I thought it would be better if the front flap of the fundoshi peeked out instead. It's a very strange obsession, I know.
