YAY I FINISHED SOMETHING

After a short but much needed break, my inspiration seems to be coming back to me. I had started this one before my huge art block and messed it up completely during the block itself, the coloring was so bad I had to start it all over. This is much better I think, I've learned a few things about lighting effects. A lot of things still bother me about it, mainly the colors on her scarf, but overall I'm glad I was able to overcome this big blank. I couldn't come up with anything no matter how hard I tried, it was really scary. >:

Design-wise this avatar looked a lot like another one I drew recently, but I tried to make her look completely different. I have no idea how to draw dragons, so please don't mention how distorted the anatomy of it looks.
