How strange: When I first looked at it I thought the left side was the he and the right the she. Then I went to take a look at the making of the Firebird, and now I think the left side is the she and the right the he. I guess Heshe does some secret gender-switching while you're not looking
I really love this painting style, everything looks so vibrant and 3D. For example the lashes/tentacles seem to come out of the picture. I also like how everything is entwining, giving birth to new shapes. That's a cool eye on the left, like it's filling with purple tears.
