I was inspired from this fanart www.deviantart.com/thearashi/a… made by where instead of Raye/Rei Hino/Sailor Mars in this aquatic peril, it's Penny Gadget from the 1983 Inspector Gadget cartoon.

M.A.D had installed another underwater base and Penny try to explore that base by swimming doing scuba diving in an underwater cave just like in the episode "Bermuda triangle" but a safety net was installed and blocked her path but Penny use her laser watch to get rid of that safety net. Will she fall in an other trap after that?
