Description
You may remember the one-episode wonder Rick Rocker from the 1983 Inspector Gadget episode "A star is lost". One of the rare guys in the cartoon who was in distress situation when Penny, Gadget and Rick was tied by tape recorder going to the press machine.I thought of another guy in distress who could be in company of Penny Gadget, it's none other then J. Jonah Jameson from the 1967-70 Spider-man cartoon who's been captured, tied and gagged in company of Penny Gadget. Dr. Claw thought his language will be a torture for Penny's ears even if he gagged.
