you know, even if there's absolutely ZERO art on DA featuring Penny getting tied up in a sexual connotation (Thank God) the sheer volume of Penny art barefoot or getting tied up (Or even both) seems to suggest people ARE still getting some sort of sexual arousal out of the concepts, even if the art has no overt sexual elements
