I don't know.. there's about a mile of lines in the face. It is quite a contrast to some of your simpler work that comes across better and more clearly. Most of your first book, even the caricature sketches are quite remarkably less clutteres in terms of reading the shapes and volumes.

The hands and pants, however, are dead on.. reminds me of my old biology teacher's

The line quality is great! The eyebags add quite a bit of character, too. : D

I'd like to work with brush pens more, but I'm not really certain how to go about it. Do you have any tips for beginner artists like myself?
