YES. Shut up morgan, i know you hate long descriptions, BUT IT'S KINDOF FREAKING IMPORTANT. JUST SAYING. You can skip it if you want, you know, if you don't love me but i reccomend reading it AT SOME POINT so that Morph will make some degree more sense. Also the fact that here i have COMPLETELY explained the celestial factor.
I'm totally not rocking out intensely to soundtrack music...*cough*
But anyway, really quick before you skip this entire thing, the cat thing (that totally looks like it's in rapture or something) is Sasha in Aurora form, two birds are Gavin in Nova form, and the epic sea creature at the bottom is Eena is Star form.

...what's that, you have no idea what the celestials are because i haven't freaking gotten anything out there about anything in Morph at all?
WELL DAMN I GUESS I GOTTA 'SPLAIN SOME SHIZ RIGHT NOW.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanyway, ...wow you guys don't even know the main characters or...GOOD GOD I AM A FAIL.
*cough* ok so really quick run-down, only 3 of the main five celestials in the story are pictured here ("Jenny there are clearly 5 animals in this picture" shutup you'll find out in a second). The five (why did i say main-five celestials, there's only five celestials, rendering the use of "main" useless (i had 5 cups of coffee today, my brain is gunna be wonky, kay?))
MAIN CHARACTERS who are the celestials in Morph are:
Sasha (main character),
Justin (Second most important main character),
Gavin (Still very important),
Eena (alien species-as important as Gavin),
Katrina (complete asshole, also an alien species, becomes very important later on).
(Alien species = first form was not a human (first-form = the first creature a morph is before they grow up (morph = shapeshifter; main creature species in morph))) Sasha, Justin, and Gavin all started out as humans on Earth. They were also the first morphs EVER to begin as humans; humans are the newest species discovered by the morph world. Morph world/planet is known as Mook. There are 5 other main planets in this story. Back to the point--
They're celestial forms are as follows:
Sasha = Aurora
Justin = Moon
Gavin = Nova
Eena = Star
Katrina = Sun
Celestial: The only 5 forms that can normally not be accessed by normal morphs. There are only five morphs at one time who have the ability to go in and out of what is called the "celestial state," where the morph takes on the celestial form. They can't remain in this state forever; it takes a lot of energy and can kill them if they stay in it too long or use up too much energy. The celestial state is usually not very easy to access nor control without a lot of practice. Usually only extreme emotional outbursts can "trigger" the celestial state until the morph begins to learn how to control the state. Only one of each type of celestial will be alive at one time (all types of morphs can be and usually are present at the same time; e.g., you just can't have two suns living at the same time, ect.). The reason normal morphs cannot take on a celestial form is because the celestial forms should not, in any reality, exist. Morphs can only become creatures that have the POSSIBILITY of existing.

The reason the celestial forms should not, in theory, exist, is because they are made out of pure energy. Light and sound are not living things, but in this case, the morph can shift to become a creature created out of light, and also able to spontaneously emit waves of energy (light, sound, radio, gamma, ect). Creatures in real life can have the abilities to create sounds waves and bioluminecense, but usually it's from a chemical reaction (light) or vibrations in an organ (your vocal chords allow you to create sound). The waves that come off of morphs just kindof...explode out of them. To this day, nobody knows why. In addition to being made out of light waves while still having a definable form, each celestial can remain in the celestial state and shift to forms of a certain type. An example would be in the Star celestial state, the morph is always a sea-form, or a creature that lives in the ocean. It can go to being a fish to a dolphin to an octopus, whatever you can think of that swims. HOWEVER, it CANNOT become something that does not live in the water, like a wolf or bird. Finally, the different celestial states are not interchangeable, with the exception of the Aurora. This means the sun-celestial morph cannot change to be in the moon state, it can ONLY go in and out of the sun-celestial state.

The five celestial forms and what they do are as follows:
* Aurora: The strongest and most versatile form of celestial. It can take on any form that the morph itself knows how to take on, without restriction. It is also able to access all other forms of state, but to a lesser degree as the true celestial (it can mimic the moon celestial, for instance, but doesn't have it's full power). Capable of sending off immense waves of energy, often uncontrollable in early stages.
Appearance: most common shift is into an cat-like creature (very odd, i know). Whatever creature it is looks as though it is composed of the Aurora borealis/australieas, and the colored light tends to fluctuate in brightness. Also, it's very common for color to change with the morphs mood, but only to a slight degree). The area where the iris is always emits colored light the same color as the iris.
Past: Because of how extremely powerful the Aurora is, and the fact that it typically never has a chemical pair-bond, many of the Auroras go insane and power crazy, and have very short lives. However, not all of them are, and the best time periods for morphs thrived under the rule of the Great Auroras, especially the first Aurora, Xandlae.

* Moon: The weakest form in terms of fighting, but makes up for it with the ability to heal others. It can give off light waves that hurts others somewhat, but really is better at keeping other alive. Can only take on land-forms.
Appearance: Glows in a soft white light, usually taking a canine-like form. Eyes glow in the color of the Morph's iris. can dim or brighten it's light, but always emits light. In addition to white, it is known to look like a liquid-silver fire light.
Past:Most of the time, the moon ends up being mated to the sun (But Justin and Sasha just kinda screwed that whole thing up). Never known to have turned evil, has a normal lifespan, if not elongated somewhat.

* Sun: a very strong fighter, and often very much liked by morph society. The sun cannot change into any other form as a the sun, and only remains in a winged-serpent form. The waves it gives off are often incredibly painful waves of heat and fire, and also has the capability to "super-nova" like the nova-morph.
Appearance: appears as a winged-serpent made out of fire; the fire can range anywhere to white/blue-hot to gold to the red of a super-giant star. Iris color glows in the entire spectrum of colors.
Past: Usually the sun is relied on as a leader, especially when the Aurora has gone crazy and must be eliminated. Often seen as very noble, even godly. Katrina and Malakin, the first Sun, seem to not quite fit the description, however...

* Star: The Star celestial is one of the final two oddball celestials, and contain components of both dark and light traits, unlike the other two, which are only composed of light. The star is also a very strong fighter, but instead of relying on sheer force, it relies on stealth. The star can only take on sea-forms. It attacks with concentrated beams of light, or can also simply rip things to shreds in the traditional fighting style.
Appearance: Appears as any form of sea creature appears first. It looks as though the night sky was turned into a cloth and wrapped around the creature, with nebulas and stars visible in the silky blackness of it. Eyes glow like stars.
Past: Usually a neutral character, but also seen as powerful and godlike, but more of a lesser god as compared to the Aurora and Sun. Also, the star and nova celestials almost always end up being pair bonded. The first star was a very kindhearted and humble creature, as well.

* Nova: By far one of the weirdest of the celestials. Can fight well, and like the star, relies on stealth and surprise as means of attack. Can only take on a sky form, but instead of staying in a fixed light-dark form, when ever the wings flap, it fluxuates from light to dark, and can even become entirely visible and hide in the shadows before appearing before any enemy and hitting them with an immense wave of light (like an explosion, hence the name nova *hint hint...(the definition of nova is when a star dies, that's why it explodes kindof)). Like the sun, can attack with an extremely powerful, nearly self-rupturing blast of light with the force of a dying supergiant.
Past: The nova never really stands out as a celestial, and is really only known for being odd and having the ability to become invisible as compared to camouflaging.

ALSO, something VERY IMPORTANT that you will see in morph is the fact that dark is not the same as evil. Dark is even a good thing most times, as important as light is. Just because something is "an element of dark" DOES NOT mean it is evil or bad, it just means it's dark. Likewise, not all things that are "light" are good.
Another things that is VERY common is the fact that the celestials are not gods, even though they are seen as them. It's kinda important, just saying.
