I don't know if you know about Suicide Silence at all or anything but usually to open up a mosh pit Mitch would just scream and literally bring his knee to his face and then just stomp the stage. That's kinda what I'm talking about it became regered to as the Lucker Stomp.
And I really hope I did him justice...
