Yes... it must be difficult to make this transfer! so they are both concentrated!
(the car isn't actually very adapted for that kind of transport! but it's a nice car for living in the woods and countryside ).

The first thing I notice in this one is the look of concentration and concern on the caregivers' face - you always have her smiling or looking lovingly at Helena, but here she's clearly focused on the challenging task of transferring her crippled lover.  Again, it's really well done and tells a story!   The positioning of Helenas' legs and feet give me a bit of a thrill too
