A young angel maiden working closely with the First. Disregarded as a mere puppet to the First Progenitor, Belicia still remains useful after the Black Series creation.
Her homonculus was only of use when she lived in the Tower of Babel.
After Michaela's collapse, she gave up her purpose and requested to be used as a vessel since she did have a Michaela Trait back at the time. Probably effective, the First tried but it resulted as failure turning her as a vampire in the Greek Times.
Belicia never classified her currrent purpose, nor ever specified her rank as a progenitor - she would be estimated as the same as Rigr and Urd.
She later complies to the human Nakia's request to find a way to help out during her quest.
