One fine day, a handsome blue stallion walked into Sugarcube Corner. Wavy silver hair, stunning golden eyes, a strong figure and a horn to top it all off. Pinkie, who was tending the counter, found the stallion to be quite fascinating. She struck up a conversation and learned his name- Pokey Pierce. He was a regular at the shop, and owned a tattoo salon. After several months of dating, the two married and had their first foal, BitterSweet.
When BitterSweet was around 2 years of age, Pokey and Pinkie began to argue rather often. Pokey would spend his days at his shop and his nights at 'Adult' parties. He was rarely around to help Pinkie, who now owned SugarCube Corner, raise their child. They argued very often, which sent Pinkie into a deflated state. They divorced, leaving Pinkie- Who had recovered from her deflated state, even if somewhat roughly- with Bitter.
A year or so later, Cheese wandered on back into town. He met with Pinkie, and she told him her sorrows and struggles. He felt very sad for the pastel mare, and she agreed to let him move in. The two began dating- At the reluctance of pinkie- and were very happy. A few months later, at the Gala, he proposed. She happily agreed, and a few months later, Chimi Cherry was born. The family was very happy.
A few years after the birth of Chimi, Applejack came into the newly founded SugarCube Cafe. She was in shambles. Pinkie and Cheese went to comfort her, sending Chimi and Bitter into the other room. AJ told them that she had went to a wonderbolts race. She had a one-night-stand with Soarin', and had become pregnant. She was distraught. She had no clue what to do. The couple talked it over, and agreed to adopt the child after it was born. And so, several months later, Stratus became part of the family.
