Description
A friend asked me to draw this for him.That's Psylocke (Elizabeth "Betsy" Braddock) of the X-Men with her psychic knife. Created by Chris Claremont and Herb Trimpe and is owned by marvel comics.
The dudes on the ground are guards of the Hellfire Club.

its great how u used the black shadows around her hand to show how her Psychic Knife glows. I dont like the odd plasmoid blob knife that people ALWAYS draw to represent the 'knife'... striking!

Haha! Thanks man. I think the reasons for that are
1. plasmoid blobs are easier to draw
2. it seemed to me early in the 90's everyone had some sort of glowing hand going on and people just forgot what her powers were and what she actually does. And somewhere along the lines most people forgot she looks Asian.

Thanks, Jon. It took me awhile to work that pose out, but she's cool. I like drawing from weird angles. The drawing ends up more interesting. It's difficult, but hopefully I'll get better at it.

i honestly just think he's got to get away from the x-books. he set the bar so high so early for so long, that his new stuff just can't compare. it was time for him to branch out like 15 years ago. i know he got real sick and all that, so i wish him the best.
