Description
This is a collage I made of the Clark Kent's. Kirk Alyn from Superman (1948) and Atom Man vs. Superman (1950). George Reeves from Superman and the Mole Men (1951), Adventures of Superman (1952-1958), Stamp Day for Superman (1954), I Love Lucy "Lucy and Superman" (1957) and Kellogg's Frosted Flakes, Corn Flakes and Sugar Smacks commercials (1952). Christopher Reeve from Superman (1978), Richard Lester's Superman II (1981), Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut (2006), Superman III (1983), the Saturday Night Live sketch "Superman Auditions" [season 10, 1985] and Superman IV: The Quest for Peace (1987). Dean Cain from Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993-1997). Henry Cavill from Man of Steel (2013), Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), Joss Whedon's Justice League (2017) and Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021). Tyler Hoechlin from Supergirl (2016-2019), Batwoman "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Two" (2019), The Flash "Elseworlds: Part 1" (2018) and "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Three" (2019), Arrow "Elseworlds: Part 2" (2018) and "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Four" (2020), DC's Legends of Tomorrow "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Five" (2020) and Superman & Lois (2021).
I left out Johnny Rockwell from The Adventures of Superboy unaired TV pilot episode "Rajah's Ransom" (1961) because he played a young Clark Kent Superboy, not an adult Clark Kent Superman.

I left out Bob Holiday from 1966 from the Broadway musical It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman! because he didn't fit in the collage structure, and that's a stage musical rather than films or TV programs, and the musical is a Superman spoof. Bob Holiday did appear on TV as Superman on I've Got a Secret hosted by Steve Allen [March 21 1966] vimeo.com/288478730 to promote the Broadway musical and in a comedy short The Daily Planet Presents The Story of Superman (1966) for the Broadway musical www.youtube.com/watch?v=ycWdul… and an Aqua Velva after shave commercial in 1966. vimeo.com/294081197 Bob Holiday explained, "I also played Superman in an ad for 1966. For an after-shave called Aqua Velva. It’s a funny commercial with a number of Superman references. I say, 'I’m not ready to leap even one tall building until I shower and shave and splash on new Aqua Velva surf.'" But not as Clark Kent.

I left out Clark Ross as Clark Kent from The Monkees episode "Find the Monkees" (1967). His uncredited cameo role was just called "Man Outside Phonebooth."

I left out David Wilson from the musical It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman! TV special (1975) because he didn't fit in the collage structure, and David Wilson is horrible as Clark Kent.

I left out Dan Aykroyd as a German Nazi Klaus Kent - reporter at a Nazi Daily Planet Ministry of Propaganda, with a secret identity of Uberman "fighting for untruth, injustice, and the Nazi way," from the Saturday Night Live sketch "What If Superman Grew Up in Germany, instead of America?" [season 4, January 27th 1979] parodying Superman (1978) with John Belushi as Jor-El, Bill Murray as a German Nazi Kent that raised Dan Aykroyd's Klaus Kent and taught him "Jews are parasites," Laraine Newman as German Nazi Lois Laneoff, Al Franken as German Jew Jimmy Olstein and Michael Palin as Adolf Hitler. That SNL sketch got really grim shock value. Newspaper headlines read "Uberman Rounds Up 2 Million Jews" and "Uberman Kills Every Person in England, U.S. Next" but "the U.S. put all its energy into creating a kryptonite bomb in time to stop Uberman."

I left out Bill Murray as Clark Kent from the Saturday Night Live sketch "The Superhero Party" [season 4, March 17th 1979] parodying Superman (1978) with Margot Kidder's Lois Lane married to Bill Murray's Superman, Jane Curtin as Lana Lang, Dan Aykroyd as the Flash, John Belushi as the Hulk, Garrett Morris as Ant-Man and extras as Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, the Invisible Girl and the Thing.

I left out John Haymes Newton and Gerard Christopher from the Superboy (1988-1992) TV show because they played young Clark Kent Superboy, not an adult Clark Kent Superman.

I left out Nicolas Cage from Tim Burton's Superman (1998) because that movie was canceled and all we have is some pre-production prototype costumes test fitting pictures. Tim Burton explained on The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened (2015), "Obviously we didn't get beyond the initial thing. It usually takes a while before you find what that image is."
I left out Dwayne Johnson as Clark Kent from the Saturday Night Live sketch "Clark Kent" [season 25, 2000] parodying Superman (1978) with Molly Shannon as Lois Lane, Jimmy Fallon as Jimmy Olsen and Chris Parnell as Perry White.

I left out Conan O’Brien as the Kirk Alyn Superman parody Brett Barker, with a secret identity of Moleculo - reporter at the Daily Newspaper, from the Saturday Night Live sketch "Moleculo: The Molecular Man" [season 26, 2001] parodying Kirk Alyn's Superman yelling his name "This looks like a job for... Superman!" from Superman (1948) and Atom Man vs. Superman (1950) [based on Bud Collyer voicing Superman from the Adventures of Superman radio show (1940-1951), Superman (1941-1943) cartoons by Fleischer Studios/Famous Studios and The New Adventures of Superman (1966-1969) cartoons by Filmation Studios] with Rachel Dratch as Lois, Jimmy Fallon as Jimmy and Darrell Hammond as the Chief.

I left out Tom Welling from the Smallville (2001–2011) TV show and the Batwoman "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Two" (2019) episode because he played a proto-Superman [Superboy] young teen angst Clark Kent in the bulk of Smallville.
I left out Brandon Routh from Superman Returns (2006) since Routh is suppose to be the same Clark Kent as Christopher Reeve in Superman Returns, so I just have Christopher Reeve to represent Richard Donner's Clark Kent. In The Flash "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Three" (2019) episode and the DC's Legends of Tomorrow "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Five" (2020) episode Routh played a different version of Superman based on the Kingdom Come comic book version, but that wasn't Clark Kent.
I left out Ryan Driller as Christopher Reeve's Clark Kent from Superman XXX (2011) and Superman vs. Spider-Man XXX (2012) parodying Superman (1978), Richard Lester's Superman II (1981) and Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut (2006) and the Superman vs. The Amazing Spider-Man: The Battle of the Century (1976) Marvel and DC comic book crossover written by Gerry Conway and art by Ross Andru, Neal Adams [for Superman] and John Romita [for Spider-Man].

I left out Ryan Driller as Henry Cavill's Clark Kent from Man Of Steel XXX (2013), Batman v Superman XXX (2015), Wonder Woman XXX (2015) and Supergirl (2016) parodying Man of Steel (2013) and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and Justice League XXX (2017) parodying Joss Whedon's Justice League (2017).
