i take tons of photos and have loads of patience but i have a really low quality digital camera so it sucks. and a halogen light... never thought of that! i always thought my lights on my tank would be good enough but the colors don't come across in my photos as they do in real life. thanks!

....i need a better camera so bad.

I love neon tetras! I had tons of these little guys when I was just a wee thing. I always liked 'em 'cause they were all brightly colored. Love your tetras, J. ^^

If I was this girl you called "Linzo", I'd say something like, you're absolutely welcome. But since that's NOT my name, I can't....

That is exactly why I love them! They swim around and you can see their stripe flash from across the room sometimes.... they are pretty cool

Yes, they are indeed quite cool. I've always liked fluorescent and opalescent types of fish just for the fact that you can, as you said, spot them from across a room. Moonlight Gouramis are one of my favs too. Had several when I used to have my fish tanks. I've also always liked various types of African Cichlids and Congo Tetras, though I never owned any of either. ^^
