itz the awesome-HOT-pirate dude Gan Ning from the Shin Sangoku Musou A.K.A. Dynasty Warriors series A.K.A. dude from the Chinesetale -----Three Kingdoms!
i actually made a costomizable doll for one of my original characters on Photoshop-----
Gan Ning has a similar body profile to the character i built------ hence the fan art!!!

I used the polygonal lasso tool 2 get that angular look 4 the shadows- then it was either -dodge tool 4 the highlights or burn 4 shadows,
I also play with the brightness/contrast -
The figure itself was built from shapes using the polygonal lasso tool- Also the patterns on the cloting were made from playing around with the different brush styles-
I guess the 3-d effect would be -due 2 the difference between the really bold shadows and the strong points of light-
