They totally are! Mine PMSes when I give her scritches...first she loves it and nibbles on me, then she freaks and bites. XD I ignore it, though.

One second she's all snuggled up in my face and wanting scritches, and then I scritch her head for about 5 seconds, and then she spazzes out and attacks my fingers.....and then the process repeats, until she gets less spazzy and stays still and I have to scritch her for 10 minutes straight D:

That's really nice of you to do for the birds. I'm glad they have been able to experience flight
But I do say, I can understand other people's reasons for clipping their bird's wings for safety. I don't particularly have an opinion on it, but I am against the wing-clipping of a bird by someone who does not know what they're doing. That's just cruel.
Tweety's fine with full-flight. I like her flying around in circles then landing on my head xD

Her name is Tweety...er....and her full name is Tweety on Crack xD
And it depends on the type of bird and/or the mutation.
You can tell the sex of some species of bird by just looking at it. Others, you'd have to get a DNA test, which is very accurate, or watch for behaviour, which isn't quite as accurate.
Tweety is a lutino cockatiel, which can't be visually sexed. I haven't goteen her DNA tested, but from behaviour, I'd guess that it's a she. I could be wrong though.
