Please use the included renders.mesh.ascii file if you plan to make a render using an external program. Facial weights use 7 weights per vertex while XPS only supports 4, so the weights aren't great if you use the xps.xps file
Please don't use "Always Force Culling".
You can enable his earrings via optional items.
