She's actually 69 years old by the end of the KOTET storyline. How is it that she looks so much younger than her real age?

Only thing I can think of is that her connection to the the Light Side of the Force keeps her looking young. It is the inverse of how the dark side prematurely ages and corrupts those who immerse themselves deeply in it.
Adi Gallia was another female Jedi that looked younger than her age.
