it probably wouldn't be too challenging. he'd been raising himself for a while so he probably wouldn't be too reliant on them. they would probably need to boost his confidence a fair amount and probably have to work with him to stop being so hard on himself or being a pushover to get others to like him (like when Susie just announces that Ralsei will make matching jackets for her and Lancer. Ralsei is at first "wait what...?" but then just agrees)

but if you don't want to read ALL of it, here's a quick summary:
this takes place in the timeline where king spade isn't overthrown. after jevil's boss fight, you may notice that he says he'll be under "100 years of sleep", but here's the catch: ralsei's pacify works like a tranquilizer dart, so he struggles to stay awake and tells them about the queen and stuff, and, because of how hyperactive he is, he tried to say that he'll be tired down for 100 years, but couldn't say it right before going to sleep. ralsei then thought about how much seam missed jevil, so he brings the gremlin to seam to take care of him. and then a day later he wakes up, finally. his energy can be temporarily extended by caffeine or other things, but because he's still on the wanted list, seam has to hide him in the cupboards and make sure it won't be similar to the morning where he woke up to jevil going off the walls with coffee cups scattered across the floor.
later, ralsei comes almost daily to help seam in his shop. seam asks if his parents are worried about him, but only to get a sad face in response. seam then decides to adopt ralsei, oh and also jevil tackle hugs
jevil regularly teaches ralsei how to do more attacks, and eventually he does this:
so yeah, seam and jevil adopted ralsei as their new goat son. if you want more, go read 28's context.
