Description Acrylic on canvas 36x48 in. Painted in 1996, inspired by photo of a girl in a magazine, but ended up looking nothing like her after putting lots of paint, time, and imagination into this canvas. Keith Stillwagon

I still have the original. I am interested in making prints of her and several other old paintings. But the truth is, I don't know how to begin. Quite a few deviants and others have made great comments. I am getting old, and need to find a way to reach an audience for my work. I am a failure at self-promotion. I envy artists who have reps to help them spread the images around. I have been painting murals for several years. I am ready to retire from murals and start producing canvases again. I will never again be able to go back to my "Goddess" Era. But I have many of the originals and no place to show them. The gallery scene is weak around here, but that might not interest me anyway. I don't want to pass away and leave behind a shed full of paintings. But it could happen.

Fantastic artwork. Iā€™m impressed with the skin tones you have using acrylics. They always dry too fast for proper blending for me.

Very nice. I like how the astral background gives an immortal feeling. It seems like the perfect background to get the point across.

Thank you so much. I have enjoyed your gallery. But the photo of "Meh" has me really captivated. She would bring something special to one of my canvases. What do you think? Keith Stillwagon

The rear most curve on her butt sems a bit off, but other than that it's amazing!
I LOVE her adornments and accessories... and that background...!!

If I had a model as beautiful as your "Fire Faerie" I might have done a better job. I'm glad you like the adornments, etc. because yours are exquisite. Thanks for noticing. Keith Stillwagon

Same to you. Liked your Moon Goddess with nice rear view and purple rope around thigh. Nice black and white photo on opening page, too. Death to all non-Deviants. Keith Stillwagon

Canvas OR Masonite? I'm confused.

Either way, this is a phenomenal work.

Thank you, John, for your comment. There was a little confusion due to my miscommunication with the friend who photographed these pieces and hooked me up with DeviantArt. He did a great job and the error was mine. This piece is definitely on canvas, although I somtimes like to paint on the smooth side of masonite panels. Keith Stillwagon
