Rainbow Dash looks ahead at a classified weather experiment assisted by the Royal Equestrian Air Force.EDIT:
Look what I found out! About a week after I made this drawing, I found out about an airship design called the Aerospatiale "Helicostat", which has a strikingly similar propulsion layout as the design in my drawing!!
