This is DeviantArt! If you want to take random pictures, go to Google Images, Facebook, Photobucket or whatever, but this is an ART SITE, you can't take other people's art and claim it as your own. I spend small portions of my life making these designs, can you do the same? I suppose you can't, otherwise you'd know what it feels like to spend time making a picture only for it to be stolen by a stupid child who didn't read DA's rules.
A call-out journal is where I will tell people about what bad stuff you do, so they'd either purposefully avoid you or report you to the DA staff.
