There's a lot of really nice things going on here! You have a good grasp on the simplified anatomy and your fingers are looking good (nice job simplifying the shape). I'd recommend you do a little more gesture work with the skeleton. His torso is a little stiff and his far leg is a bit wonky. Also watch the way the palm distorts when your hand reaches out.
I like the buildings below, but make sure they're all going to the same vanishing point. The one building is essentially viewed from straight above. From there, we'll see the sides of the buildings closest to the one we see straight-on.
