Haguruma is part of the kingdom hearts game idea I had for fan game idea I had. where she would be kind of like a traveling merchant type character who would pop in and out every so often where you can find her in every world. You can buy equipment sell her stuff and do side quests for. The keyblade she is holding isn’t really a keyblade. It’s actually a fake keyblade she built after seeing other keyblade wielders running around. Though I think story wise by the end of the game, the fake keyblade , would turn in to a real keyblade. And you would be able to use your key blade if youdid all of her side quests.

Her backstory is relatively straightforward during the events of birth by sleep she witnessed Ventis fight off some of the unversed and after her world radiant gardens, fell into darkness she ended up in Travers town. And while in Travers town, she would witness sora fight off, heartless, using the keyblade, and well remembering in her past, decided to build a Keyblade of her own, though it worked in mixed results that eventually she would gain access to a true keyblade after hard work and determination, she would join up with the main cast of birth by sleep after the events of kingdom hearts three where she would be properly trained how to use a keyblade.
