John de Lancie (Q from Star Trek) plays Discord (a Q parody character) in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
In the Season 2 premier, Discord makes it rain chocolate milk (which Pinkie Pie loves). As a bonus, when the Ponies save the day, they recreate the last scene of Star Wars shot for shot!

Today, things just worked out...
I went to the thrift store hunting McDonald's MLP:FIM toys...
and found an unopened Pinkie Pie in a lot for $2!...
Then I went to one Flea Market and drank a Yoo-Hoo...
After that I went to another Flea Market and found the "Q" figure in a lot for $0.50!...
... I then got a wonderful AWFUL idea, and grinned the biggest Troll-face ever.
Sometimes things just work out. ^__^

That's Him! John De Lancie ( "Q" from Star Trek Next Gen) plays "Discord" (a parody character of "Q") in Season 2 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
He's one of the Best characters on both those shows

Even if you can't stand MLP, the episode is worth watching for the Q gags

Yeah, Q is so Epic, he breaks out of Star Trek, just to troll the trolls on MLP.
At the end of the 2 Part episode where the Ponies defeat the Q-parody character (actually voiced by Q),
The show recreates the last scene of Star Wars(IV) Shot for Shot with a parody John Williams score too!
You're welcome to Hate the Ponies, hate the show, and even hate the overzealous fans... But at this point, those MLP writers are outdoing Family Guy under the subtle guise of a show for baby girls. Major Props to them.

actually, i don't hate the people that love the ponies. i hate the ponies themselves. but i don't wanna get into that here. ^.^' i save my hatin' for the forums and the boards.
q-like character, voiced by q... i will have to love and tollerate the ponies just to have a look at that. ^.^ ah, star trek. bridging the gaps between us all even still.

Even some of the pony fans hate some of the episodes, and some of the haters enjoy some of the episodes.
If the writers can figure out the perfect formula... some day, those two groups might be one and the same. LOL

Me either. The flea market has a counter at the front that sells canned soda and Yoo-Hoo for $0.55 and I tend to have one when I visit.
