to answer chucki qustion Green Lantern are like InterGalactic policemen. Each Lantern is given a sector of spae to patrol and deal with threats form aliens of Supervillains. Since Earth is frequented by Both, It has 4 Lanterns to protect it and the sector that Earth resides; 2814.Earths Lanterns are Hal Jordan,Guy Gardener,John Stewart and Kyle Rayner.
Each lantern is given a power ring and battery which lasts for about 24 hours. With a full charge the ring can fire energy blasts forcefields and objects of various shapes.Originally the ring had a weakness to yellow but that has been lifted. now it depends on the will of the user.

Mindy looks pretty good in that GL attire and color. But I could never understand the purpose of Green Lantern. Great render, Stone.
