It's hard being an assassin when you're the size of a boat. Emphasis on hard, which means it's not impossible. Ayat military tactics are all about covert ops, assasinations and sabotage, pretty much to the opposite of the Imperials and their stomping boots and big guns.
Osler is good at his job, always working away from civilians to make sure the only blood he spills is the one of his targets. Some don't seem to get the message though. A lone, giant alien sniper usually means "stay away and mind your own business" but curiosity gets the best of us sometimes. Good thing those locals share Osler's political views or else he'd have to write a few extra names on his list.
