Hi everyone!

Just heard the other day that Nintendo will release new colours for New nintendo 3DS in the west!(Europe and Australia)

I actually pre ordered the pinkxwhite one already x)

Talking about 3DS there is something I found out a few month ago that I wanted to share. Apparently when you buy a 3DS console they tend to have different types of screen. It is either one called a TN screen which can easily fade at extreme angles and the quality looks washed out. Then there is one called an IPS screen which looks very sharp at extreme angles and also the colours look more vibrant. This is apparently all a lottery so some people get one with IPS either dual one or that the bottom is IPS and the other is TN, it can also be the other way around or it can just be with a dual TN screen.

Here's an example the black 3DS has a upper IPS screen with a TN bottom screen and the white 3DS has a TN upper screen with a IPS bottom screen. I think this apsolutely sucks since we all pay a lot of money and then this s*it that you get different qualities of the screen, my 3DS actually have a dual IPS screens so I got lucky.

After hearing about this I was a little bit insecure about getting a new one in different colour but figure if it comes with the cheaper TN screen I will just send it back and keep using my current one.

I don't know if Nintendo knows about this or do but won't tell you. This is at least a manufacture problem I think and I believe the best way to get a 3DS with IPS screen if you want one is to buy the one that is a little bit more expensive than the rest. Because IPS screens itself are expensive so it would only be logical that the more expensive one has at least one IPS screen. Just my theory though, what do you guys think?

On a side note: Is anyone else excited about Pokemon sun & moon? which one will you get? I will go for moon C:
