Description

A single bottlenose dolphin called "Delle" visited the harbour of Travemünde in Germany for almost three weeks and I spent many, many hours watching him. Sometimes he would look out of the water curiously, like in this photo.

Bottlenose dolphins are not native to the Baltic Sea but sometimes they accidentally find their way here. This one spent three years in Denmark before coming here. He's doing well and is now on his way back north. Good luck out there, my friend!
