So Mundi and Laka ran into a realllly saucy mare. Hahaha Something I certainly wasn't expecting, and neither were the horses. :'''D

Horse Encounter

As the two boys make their way to the meadow, they chatter harmlessly. But all chatter is ceased when they step into the meadow and are met with the sight of a rather gorgeous mare moving into the meadow from the opposite side. When she sees them, she pauses, her eyes widening, before a smile comes upon her face and she steps forward. "Well hello boys!" She calls out, lifting her tail. "What are you two doing out here?" Her eyes then land on Mundi and a sly smirk plays on her lips. "Oh my... What did you do to him, lad?!" She exclaimed, looking towards Tollak with her sly smile only growing. "I heard of stallions liking fetish but my, my~~ He is all banged up and dirty! You must really like your hardcore time!~"

1. No, no, no! It isn't like that at all! You miss understand!
2. Oh and what if I do like it hardcore? Would that interest you?
3. You are both to stunned by her beauty to really do anything but gape..

Tollak continued to support some of Mundi's weight as they walked toward the sunny forest clearing. Their pace was slow, but Mundi was just grateful to have found some help. After a minute, they crossed the threshold of trees and wandered into the clear meadow. Mundi stopped walking when he was fully covered in sunlight; coveting the warmth.
"I have never been so glad to see the sun in my entire life," Mundi said as he closed his eyes and lifted his head a bit to catch more sun on his face.
"I bet," Tollak laughed. Before he could say anything else, Tollak caught site of movement across the meadow. He let out a soft snort, catching Mundi's attention. They both stared intently across the meadow, praying it wasn't something ready to eat them. To their surprise, a mare walked out of the trees and into the clearing. Both of the boys relaxed a bit as the mare caught sight of them as well.
"Another horse?" Tollak thought. "Hopefully this one isn't dying too."
The mare stood for a moment, eyes wide. Then, a smile came across her face, and she stepped toward them.
"Well hello boys!" She called out, lifting her tail. "What are you two doing out here?" Her eyes then land on Mundi and a sly smirk plays on her lips. "Oh my... What did you do to him, lad?!" She exclaimed, looking towards Tollak with her sly smile only growing. "I heard of stallions liking fetish but my, my~~ He is all banged up and dirty! You must really like your hardcore time!~" she quipped.

The boys stood in stunned silence for a moment, their faces expressing pure and utter confusion. They glanced at each other, hoping that the other maybe had something to say.
"Uh, what?" Mundi finally asked.
"Yeah, no. That's not even close to what this is about," Tollak retorted.
"There's no need to be shy," she said with a soft laugh as she moved closer, "I don't judge."
Mundi sighed, not wanting to play this game, and lowered his head to grab some much needed grass. The mare noticed this, and turned her full attention on Tollak.
"You're sure a feisty one, aren't you?" Tollak asked flatly. The mare smiled and tossed her mane playfully in response.
"Well sorry to disappoint, but I just spent the last 20 minutes trying to keep this guy from dying of hypothermia under a tree. There's nothing exciting going on here," Tollak said. The mare's sly expression turned to confusion as she looked over at Mundi again.
"You're... you're not kidding, are you?" The mare asked, stepping back a little. Tollak shook his head. The mare looked back at Mundi, who shook his head with some grass in his mouth. The mare stood up a little straighter now, with a strange look on her face.
"Two stallions... one who is apparently on his deathbed, and another who isn't interested despite being in the Lover's Forest. Certainly not what I expected to find out here," The mare said in slight frustration.
"Yeah, well join the club. None of us have found what we came out here for," Tollak replied.
The mare dawned a disgruntled expression as she stood for a moment before sighing and said "Well, this is awkward." Tollak tilted his head in sarcastic agreement.
"Damn, the stupid runes didn't even work," the mare muttered under her breath. Tollak overheard, and quickly looked at the colorful runes on her shoulder. The runes essentially boiled down to mean "Luck", "Love", "Fertility". Tollak didn't mention it aloud, but those runes sure added another piece to this mare's strange puzzle.

The mare sighed, and looked about herself; clearly unsure of what to do now.
"Listen..." the mare said tentatively, "I know we've gotten off to an unorthodox start here but... would you guys mind if tagged along for a bit? I'd rather not be completely alone if I can help it. I promise I won't hassle you," She said.
"If you don't mind traveling at a snail's pace due me being dragged through a watery hell, then sure," Mundi said, picking his head up to address her more directly.
The mare laughed a little before replying with, "Sure, I can handle that."
