Pinkie's right hoof is clipping, the texture of the table has no depth (at least bake a normal map), the grass particle system is severely lacking, and the fireflies are literally everywhere. To reduce fireflies, use the clamp settings. Also, the booths in the back look uninteresting. The magic and particles for it would have better been left off for post instead of meshes with transparency and snow pieces tacked on.
Nice composition. Foreground, mid ground, and background. I think would look nicer if there was DOF to put focus on Pinkie and her soup, but if you did this they would need more detail to really pop.

You should try making a glowing particle effect in gimp (or just get photoshop).

about the table : everything was fine with it .. I did a normal map and a DISP / OCC /SPEC ... but I just realized a major mistake ... the strength for the normal map was too low (0.08) that's why it didn't effect anything

Did you layer your objects and characters? You can shift-Z to see how the thing would look in a preview render. Layer the characters, buildings, etc and set up your DOF to an empty parented to the DOF control. Go to render settings, Film, and set transparent for ease of preview when everything is layered.
