I started this back in January, planed to have it finished for Valentines, but never got around to it till now

First of all, lovely work. Not your standard Eevees to be sure. You did the fur texture really well.
The collar fur is the only notable weakness in the fur texturing, it should probably be a little less well groomed looking, popping out at all angles.
I find what you did with the background interesting, it doesn't compete with the two Eevees but still provides a good back drop. I think a bit more variety would be good in the background, the Eevees are strong enough compositionally to support a more interesting background, given how much work you put in on the fur of the Eevees.

It's not constructive in any way, so I would suggest phrasing it more like an opinion rather than a statement:
"I think they look a bit like lemurs (I guess that's what you meant). I think they look creepy
Makes a whole world of differences
People shouldn't get mad at you if you phrase it like that instead

It's like realiztic looking eevees! I always wonderedhow pokemon would look realistically, apose to Cartoon. I imgained they've be quite frightening, considering their traits and characteristics, but these eevees are very cute! Well done!
