Description
A joke response, of sorts, to MrLolcats17 and Piecee01 's pictures involving their pony OCs next to/on top of cars.Since I can't draw cars, nor would giving Vignette a car make any sense (he can't drive, he's a tinkerer and he's got bugger-all money to work with), I gave him 'Steve'.
