The Second Opinion is so bloody awkward to use in Garry's Mod.

"Awkward", you say? So how is the process of getting face-flexed TF2 items to face-flex in GMod supposed to work? I haven't tried yet.

Basically you gotta turn the effect into a non-physics prop, either through console or clever manipulation of the TF2 hat painter.
Then you use face poser on it.
