My brother and I are so very, VERY Drift-compatible.Saw a few Pacific Rim-based pictures floating around and, considering my brother'd kill me if I didn't I like the movie quite a lot, I decided to make one myself!
But yes. IMHO, Pacific Rim is a decent movie. It's a very visually intelligent movie, and of course, giant mecha fights always spark the inner anime geek in me.
Also, scenebuilds ftw.
Anyway, enjoy, and let me know what you think.

The Jaeger cockpit, about half an hour, maybe a full one if you include the time I took talking to a mate of mine; it took me about half an hour for the external scene, and post production fifteen minutes.
In summary - longer than I wanted.

Well, the model was just a robot pyro with some hats and MidnightMint's grey-coloured MvM robot thing and advanced physics.Β That took all of three minutes to put together.
The cockpit, as stated earlier, took more time to create, being a scenebuild.
