Description
Bixies (not to be confused with Kiwicide's Bunbon subspecies of the same name) are an open species, meaning you can make as many as you'd like so long as you follow the rules stated above and below.

Please do not make any NSFW artwork of any Bixie character.

Please do not make any Bixies with rare traits without my (Stormbix's) explicit permission.

While Bixie hybrids do exist, they are extremely rare and can only be obtained through adopts, gifts, or my explicit approval. Bixen is a hybrid between a Bixie and another species I created. Do not violate any other original species' hybrid guidelines when making hybrids.

The extent of your Bixie's telepathy is at your own discretion. Examples of a Bixie's powers include mind reading, aura sensing, supernatural levels of empathy, etc. Any non-telepathy-based powers (including the powers that were given in the now deleted species rules that I had posted on Scratch) are rare and only allowed from adopts, gifts, or my explicit approval.

Bixies with missing wings due to an injury are allowed, so long as it is clear in the design that the wings were torn off rather than merely not having grown at all.

While this is more of a suggestion than a rule, I'd like it if you tag artwork of any Bixie character with "bixie" or something; I'd love to see your art!
